We have worked together with Cambridge Housing Society on two projects providing social housing schemes within the city. The first, Peter Maitland Court, provides flats predominantly for single people plus a warden supported group for seven young single parents and a group home for nine residents with disabilities. In addition, there is a nursery for use by these single parents and the wider community. Arranged on three storeys around a central private courtyard, the project takes advantage of the now redundant site of the former Victoria Road United Reformed Church and is designed to present a low profile to the busy Victoria Road.

In Nuffield Road, we have provided a group home for Cambridge Mencap and fifteen dwellings for single parent families, in association with Harvey Housing Association.
