Our brief for the remodelling of Emmanuel Church was to provide a new, welcoming entrance to the Church with improved ancillary and circulation spaces. A large foyer was created, improving links between different rooms so that different spaces can be used concurrently without disruption. We also rearranged the pews to provide a more flexible worship space and created a gallery area above the new entrance.
