Following the continued growth of the College, we have completed a second Masterplan for a two phased development that will include graduate residential and family accommodation, research space, offices, cafe, dining facilities, Main Hall extension, seminar rooms and a Porter’s Lodge.

Site wide landscaping and a review of car and cycle parking as well as the enlargement of the Senior Common Room are also included.

Phase I of this new Masterplan, comprising new double height Common Room, a new four storey building, six terrace houses and the refurbishment of the Norfolk Building, was granted Planning Permission by Cambridge City Council’s Planning Committee on 7th June 2017.
