Over a period of sixteen years, we have worked on refurbishing Queens’ College accommodation in Cripps Court, Dokett, Fisher and Erasmus Buildings, not only for students but also for conference occupants. Each project has included renewal of services, thermal improvements, refitting of kitchens and bathrooms, incorporating en suite shower rooms into the study bedrooms and adding disabled accommodation.

In all cases the construction period has been 13 weeks during the summer vacation allowing students to return to their rooms at the start of the new academic year.

The Dokett Building project included a new roof alongside the refurbishment of thirty-four study bedrooms with ten integrated en suites, twelve gyp rooms (kitchens) and a Fellows’ room.
