Following an invited competition, we were appointed by King’s College to develop proposals to reorder Market Hostel into more cohesive and accessible accommodation. Forty-one student study bedrooms and three Fellows’ flats have been created around a central courtyard with new entrances off St Mary’s Passage and St Edward’s Passage. New shops were also provided for Hugo Boss and Cath Kidston with extensive alterations to David’s Bookshop.
