Julian Bowsher, Senior Archaeologist at the Museum of London Archaeology, has written an article for The Theatre Trust’s magazine, Theatres Magazine, which contextualises The Theatre within the evolution of the playhouse. The Museum of London Archaeology has also published a book entitled ‘Shakespeare’s London Theatreland: Archaeology, History and Drama’ on the London playhouses.
News of the planning approval for our new theatre proposals, The Theatre, has also been included within the Theatres Magazine, including our computer generated image of proposed auditorium, as below.
