In 1997 we were appointed as consultants by Housing 21, who specialise in providing housing to full mobility standards. Our first project was for a new thirteen-flat extra-care extension to their Shearman Court building in Haverhill (£1m, 2000).
The second phase, comprising a further six flats, was completed in 2004.
