A 3850 square-metre high-tech research and design complex for The Technology Partnership at Melbourn Science Park set in landscaped surroundings. The building provides purpose-built offices, laboratories and conference facilities around a central glass atrium, increasing the overall total building space available to TTP by forty per cent.

In the design, efforts were made to provide an adaptable first class working environment which reflects TTP’s belief in the value of design, quality of materials and appropriate technology. Air conditioned offices receive as much natural day light as possible, while sun screens serve to reduce heat and glare.
