We use a range of techniques from initial freehand doodles to more traditional orthographic CAD line drawings through to full 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) computer models in describing our work for early concept development, planning approval submissions and developing detailed construction information.

The use of BIM, for all but the smallest projects in the office, allows us to produce both standard line drawings and an information rich 3D model aiding both the client in visualising the project, and the Design Team and Contractor with the coordination and construction of the building.

Highly polished photo realistic renderings, walk throughs and animations can be produced in-house on request as an additional output of the BIM model. The feel and space of the design can be further explored in virtual reality via OCULUS Rift.
