Models are a tangible, vivid and clearly perceptible means of communication. They clarify and explain the abstraction of drawings and put it into physical presence. The client is able to understand the form and view the design at their own discretion, enabling a closer relationship between client, designer and user.

We strive to make models that are precisely constructed and accurate in representing core ideas. They are a useful tool in our design process and the most direct way of exploring spatial and structural issues and geometry.

Models are usually sculpted from solid materials or constructed from applied or folded layers. We mainly produce models by hand, however do outsource for the latest technologies of laser cutting, CNC machining and rapid prototyping. Scales range from 1:2500 to 1:5.
