The organisation of the Practice is purposely non-hierarchical, ensuring ideas are quickly shared, problems overcome and a freedom of communication that is enjoyed by all.

The Practice is arranged on open plan floors so that every member of the office, whatever his or her role, has an identical work space.

There is a separate meeting room for large meetings, supported by a space with loose tables which invite informal meetings, project discourse and coffee time discussion.
