| The original development plan for this Cambridge Sixth Form College was produced by BB&C in August 1994 and used as the basis for the successful Planning Application for Phase One. | |
| The first phase of work was constructed between January and October 1995 and provided a new 1120 square metre wing of teaching space, together with alterations and extensions to the existing Drama Block. | |
| Revisions of the original plan were made in December 1995 which developed the detail of the Sports Complex and replaced the earlier Performing Arts Centre with a new library. | |

| A further phase of work on a site earmarked for expansion in the revised Development Plan was constructed from November 1997 to May 1998. This provided new facilities for Photography and History. | |
| The third phase of work, completed in 2001, was a new teaching wing which replaced temporary buildings and provided sixteen new classrooms. | |
